Terms of Use

1. General Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the relationship between FOB Shyhyda Kseniia Mykolaivna ("Service") and users of the rezume.ukr website ("Site").

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Service Description

The Site provides an online tool for creating resumes with an AI assistant. The service is available in two modes:

  • Free — create and edit resumes, limited number of AI requests per day.
  • PRO — extended AI requests, PDF download without watermark, access to all templates. Subscription is a one-time payment for 30 days.

3. Registration

Registration is not required to use the Site. Some features are available after confirming your email address via a one-time code.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for actions taken from it.

4. Payment and Refunds

PRO subscription costs 249 UAH for 30 days. Payment is processed through WayForPay.

After successful payment, PRO status activates automatically. Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment if you have not used PRO features. To request a refund, use the feedback form.

5. Usage Rules

By using the Site, you agree to:

  • Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Not attempt to circumvent technical limitations of the Site.
  • Not use the Site for spam or automated requests without permission.
  • Not share access to your account with third parties.
  • Provide accurate information during registration.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, design, templates, and other Site materials are the property of FOB Shyhyda Kseniia Mykolaivna or licensed accordingly.

The resume content you create on the Site belongs to you. We make no claim to your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for:

  • Temporary Site unavailability due to maintenance or force majeure.
  • Data loss due to user actions.
  • Quality of AI-generated content (please review your resume before sending to employers).

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time via the "Delete account" button in the Dashboard. After deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes we will notify users via the Site. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new Terms.
