This Privacy Policy describes how FOB Shyhyda Kseniia Mykolaivna ("Service", "we") collects, uses, and protects the personal data of users of rezume.ukr ("Site").

By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the Site.

  • Email address — during registration or account verification.
  • Resume data — name, position, work experience, education and other information you enter when creating a resume.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, language, date and time of visit.
  • Payment data — when paying for PRO we only receive the transaction status. Card details are stored exclusively in WayForPay.

3. How We Use Data

  • Providing and improving Site functionality.
  • Sending one-time confirmation codes to email.
  • Saving and restoring your resumes.
  • Processing payments and confirming PRO status.
  • Technical support and responding to inquiries.

We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties without your consent.

4. Third-Party Services

To operate the Site we use trusted third-party services for AI processing, voice recognition, and payment handling. All are used solely to ensure Site functionality and have their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies:

  • session — for authentication (httpOnly, Secure).
  • theme — for saving the selected color theme.

We do not use marketing or analytics cookies.

6. Data Security

Data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are not stored (we use email-code confirmation). Connections are protected by HTTPS/TLS.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Obtain a copy of your personal data.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and all related data (the "Delete account" button in the Dashboard).
  • Object to the processing of your data.
